Dinuke Ranasinghe is Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arcadier. Ken Low is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Arcadier. We interviewed them on their entrepreneurial journey, and their vision to evolve the e-commerce marketplace model.

Dinuke Ranasinghe began his technology journey early in his career as he assumed the role of Head of eCommerce for EnergyAustralia in the year 2000. Since then, he has headed several successful leadership roles including the Head of Emerging Products & Technology Innovation as well as Head of eCommerce and Mobile for Visa Australia and New Zealand.

Dinuke was one of the founding members of PayPal Asia Pacific, and led the team in the strategic development and business expansion as the Regional Director of Product and Regional Director of Strategy & Business Development. He specialises in new product development and market expansion, utilising knowledge he gained studying engineering, global business and business management.

In 2018, he was appointed a board member of Defeat-NCD Partnership, a people-public-private partnership that is anchored in the United Nations System to target tackling the impact and global health issues caused by major non-communicable diseases.

Kenneth Low is a proven leader with tremendous experience and proven expertise in strategy, corporate planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and alliance development.

For more than 15 years, Kenneth has been leading and managing cross-cultural teams in various executive appointments including Regional Director of Alliances and Strategy Asia Pacific for PayPal, Head of Strategy and Corporate Development Asia Pacific for InterContinental Hotels Group as well as Group Head of Corporate Planning and Development for Abacus International. Kenneth is also financially trained and certified as a Chartered Accountant in Singapore and a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia.
