She was the founder of Brand Ripples, a word of mouth marketing consultancy that empowered organizations with secret sales teams (their existing consumers) to boost their ROI. Four years and 15 clients later, Brand Ripples merges into Advocacy Asia (the world’s most awarded word of mouth marketing agency) that recently launched in India. In 2017, she launched a new venture called WOOP (Women of Opinion) – that helps brands build consumer trust via authentic word of mouth from REAL consumer advocates in a measurable and scalable manner.
